1、 Application
Usually used in conjunction with display instruments, recording instruments, electronic computing, etc. Directly measure the surface temperature of liquid, steam, gas media, and solids within the range of -200 ° C to 500 ° C in the presence of hydrocarbons and other explosives at the production site. The company can also customize various special models of thermocouples, thermal resistors, bimetallic thermometers, and flange sleeves according to samples or drawings.
2.Characteristics
·Spring loaded temperature sensing element with good vibration resistance;
·High measurement accuracy;
·No need to compensate for wires, saving costs;
·Imported thin film resistor components with reliable and stable performance.
3、 Working principle
Explosion-proof thermal resistance is a device that utilizes the principle of gap explosion prevention to design components such as junction boxes with sufficient strength. It seals all components that can generate sparks, arcs, and hazardous temperatures inside the junction box cavity. When an explosion occurs inside the cavity, it can be extinguished and cooled through the gap between the joint surfaces, preventing the flame and temperature from being transmitted outside the cavity, thus achieving explosion prevention.

5、 Insulation resistance at normal temperature
The thermal resistance is measured at an ambient temperature of 15-35 ° C, a relative humidity of not more than 80%, and a test voltage of 10-100V (DC). The insulation resistance between the electrode and the outer casing is greater than 100M Ω.
